Who are we?

We are an independent German private bank whose capital is only held by private individuals. Free from institutional influences, we offer excellent products and services in private banking, corporate and investment banking, and asset management. We employ over 800 people at our locations in Germany and at our subsidiaries.

What to expect from us*

Collective agreement

We compensate our staff according to the collective agreement in the private banking industry. In November, our employees covered by the collective agreement receive a 13th salary equal to one month’s gross salary.

Flexible working hours

Our working hours models offer you the flexibility that you need.

Mobile working

In addition to flexibility in work times, we also offer the opportunity to work in a location-independent manner.

30 days of leave, plus Christmas and New Year’s Eve

So that you have plenty of time to relax.

At our location in Hamburg you can look forward to a varied lunch menu in our staff canteen. By the way, lunch is freshly prepared every day by our own kitchen crew. At our other locations you can obtain subsidised meal vouchers.
